Donald Joseph Qualls better known as his stage title DJ Qualls was born in the USA. He is an actor, producer and model. His fame was sparked by his performance as a character in Road Trip. Since then, he has appeared in 20 feature films such as The New Guy Hustle & Flow or The Core. Apart from his appearances on Road Trip Qualls has been featured in more than 22 television programs like Breaking Bad Supernatural Srubs Lost Law & Order etc. Qualls who was diagnosed at age 14 with Hodgkin lymphoma, is an extremely strong fighter. The cancer returned to remission after two years. However, the treatment in such a short time had a severe effect on his body, and hindered the development of his body. At the time he started to take action, financial stability seemed like his ultimate ambition. He had been in poverty throughout his childhood. He stated, "I've been living so frugal for so many years that I'm in need of financial security otherwise the world can seem out of control and that's not good for me." The man also thinks back on his own childhood and wants to address the issue of bullying. The cruelty of bullying breaks my heart, DJ says. DJ's dream role would be to play a father figure in reel and in real life. The director doesn't choose him for these roles however, he claims. He'd like to be father one day so he can devote more time to the child as well as his professional.
