Ariel Khadr
Ariel Khadr has been a sponsored athlete and IFBB Fitness Pro model since 2007. At the age of 16, she started taking part in fitness competitions, following the end of gymnastics. She was just 17 when she earned her Pro Card. Ariel Khadr has been a sponsor for IFBB Fitness Pro and is a model. She began competing in fitness contests at the age of 16, following the end of her childhood gymnastics career. When she was 17 years old, she earned her Pro Card within a year. She was the oldest IFBB Pro ever. Ariel left the stage for the duration of six years, in order to complete her university. Following her completion of college Ariel came back in the year the year 2015. The show continued in the same way she left off in previous contests including the Toronto Pro Supershow and Mr. Olympia. The contest lasted for several years after her first appearance and set herself new goals every year. By the end of 2009 she won four more fitness titles. In addition, the 2009 NPC Team Universe Fitness Nationals Champions made her one of the youngest Fitness Professionals from IFBB to ever be a part of history. Following the Pro Card's award, Ariel took a six-year break from competing so she could get her college degree. In October 2015 she returned by presenting her IFBB Fitness Pro debut at 2015. Phoenix Europa Games. The athlete placed 3rd at the show. The summer of 2016 saw her the winner of the IFBB Toronto Pro Supershow, which qualified her for be a part of the Fitness Olympia. After three months of training, she was on stage at the Olympia in which she won 6th in her Fitness Division. Ariel was completely zero expectations prior to the event and was thrilled by her result. The competition was among the best. Ariel's physique is improving each year. Ariel is a fan of working her back. Her exercises to work her back are bent-over row on the machine with single arm lat pull-downs. Her usual routine is to warm up before moving on to the sets for working. Ariel also Ariel likes to use her time in the most efficient way possible. Ariel accomplishes this by creating all of her back exercises doing three or four supersets of 10-12 reps. It is recommended to do this sort of exercise twice a week one day being lightweight day, as well as the second days heavy weight.
